Outerbanks had a great first season on Netflix, ending on a major cliffhanger. If you haven’t watched it, we recommend it, age-appropriate, of course. Many of their fans are eagerly awaiting the second season. With all the buzz predicting what will happen in season two, there is speculation that Outerbanks is adding TikTok star Addison Rae to the cast for a short stint. Addison Rae has over 49 million followers on Tik Tok, making this move a smart move for both Outerbanks and Ms. Addison Rae.

This rumor started at a press conference in June, where they hinted that Addison Rae, Charlie, and Dixie Diamelio might be making an appearance on the Netflix Show next season. To be clear, there are no confirmations from anyone’s representatives regarding the rumor. For now, we will continue to keep an eye out and are hopeful to see if some of the biggest stars on TikTok will make the transition to TV entertainment. It just makes sense.
