Social Media Analyst

DEPARTMENT: Account Manager

The Social Media Analyst will be responsible for the day-to-day measurement, analysis and reporting on the campaigns for clients across all social channels. Must have data-driven experience and a quantitative mindset!

The task at hand (AKA the role & responsibilities):

  • Create and manage social media reporting for key campaigns
  • Measure and analyze KPIs
  • Partner with the account and creative teams on social campaigns

The ideal candidate has:

  • 2+ years experience at an agency working on social media metrics
  • Must have a passion for research and analytics of social media
  • Experience creating and reporting on social media campaign performance
  • Current on best practices for digital/social campaigns
  • Skilled in Excel, PowerPoint, Google Suite, Facebook Insights, Twitter, Tumblr, Google and Pinterest Analytics
  • Detail oriented and thrive in a fast-paced deadline driven environment
